To simplify your decision-making, we have designed a number of sample wedding catering menus in a range of styles and tastes. Our sample menus offer great signature options, however, tell us what you are looking for and we will create a menu to fit your tastes, dietary needs, and budget.
A few of our delicious signature offerings include:
- Hors d’oeuvres selection including Baked Brie, Mini Crab Cakes, Chicken Satay Skewers, and Wild Mushroom Strudel
- Plated Dinners such as a Petite Filet and Lobster pairing, Filet Tips of Beef with Marsala Demi glaze, Chicken Anna (boneless breast of chicken sautéed with fresh basil, garlic, artichoke hearts, tomato, and white wine), and Wild Mushroom Ravioli
- Themed Dinner Buffets including Mediterranean, Fiesta, and Tuscan offerings
- Wonderful Desserts including Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites, Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Bites, Cream Puffs, or Assorted Cupcakes
Specialty menus are available including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and any other dietary needs.
