Dermalogica® uses ingredients designed to help keep skin at an optimal level of fitness – not just cover up with cosmetic results. Join our class on Mondays at 11 a.m. to learn about the products that are best for your skin, and receive 20% off your product purchase.

Spa Reservations

Spa services are on an appointment-only basis. To ensure availability, please make reservations for spa services 24-48 hours in advance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. When you make an appointment, the time is reserved for you. Please remember that if you arrive late, it will cut into your reserved time. All prices subject to change without notice.

Spa Attire

Elevation Spa will provide you with a robe and sandals for your comfort. A secured locker will be available for your personal belongings. Elevation Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.


If you are feeling ill, please refrain from using the spa facilities so that we can protect the health of our therapists and other guests.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available to create your own personal spa experience.

Age Requirements

Teenagers (13 years and up) are welcome to experience our teen facial and foot massage. All other spa services are available to clients 18 years and older.

Cancellation Policy

We require that all cancellations and/or rescheduling be called into Elevation Spa 8 hours prior to your appointment time. If your appointment is scheduled for before 10:00 in the morning, you must contact Elevation Spa the night before to avoid the cancellation fee. In-room couples treatments require 24 hour notice of canceling or rescheduling. All cancellations without the required notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.


Gratuity is not included in the price of your service. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to parties of seven or more people. Thank You.
