The Ridge Resorts prides itself on serving highest quality catered banquet cuisine. Our Executive Chef provides innovative and sustainable cuisine for all types of groups, events and conferences. Let us cater your next meeting or event. Or, bring your conference or event to our beautiful resort for an exquisite banquet. We can do themed “Around the World” cuisine events, wine pairings, and gourmet steak and lobster plated meals. The Ridge Resorts are delighted to get as creative as you’d like. Our sample menus below offer great signature options. However, tell us what you are looking for and we will create a menu to fit your tastes, dietary needs and budget.

A few of our delicious signature dishes include:

  • Healthy Continental Breakfast featuring Hot Steel Cut Oatmeal, Hard Boiled Eggs, Mini Granola & Yogurt Parfait, Quiche (veggie or meat), Fresh Fruit, Orange Juice, Coffee, Decaf, Hot Tea
  • Healthy Light Lunch Fare such as Build-Your-Own Cobb Salad, or Build-Your-Own Noodle/Rice Bowl Bar, where attendees can create their own plate based on their specific cuisine preferences. Local and sustainable food.
  • Wonderful Desserts including Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites, Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Bites, Cream Puffs, or Assorted Cupcakes

Specialty menus are available including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and any other dietary needs.

Our Executive Chef, Stephen Moise applies his passion for regionally sourced, healthy cuisine to create thoughtful, delicious menus for our guests and catering events. His wealth of experience as an executive chef, corporate chef and teaching chef for clients such as Tavern On The Green, Tommy Hilfiger and Marriott provides an invaluable resource for your dining and catering needs.

“Food is my connection with people, my signature, a part of who I am.  It comes from love, hard work and sacrifice.  This is what I observed as a little boy, this is what I am as a man.  My family taught me this and I in return give this to my family.  Food brings people together, the meal nurtures and refreshes.  Meal time gives my family as well as my guests a space to share about what’s going on in their life and connect.”
