Getting Around

The Ridge Resorts shuttles are complimentary for all guests of The Ridge Resorts. Guests can access the on-call shuttle to go between The Ridge Tahoe, Ridge View, Ridge Pointe, and Ridge Crest, as well as travel within the Tramway and Quaking Aspen loops.

We offer guests complimentary travel to the Stateline casino area via BlueGo public transportation. Buses run hourly between the Stateline Transit Center and The Ridge Resorts properties; view the 2018 Schedule Route #23 here, or call (775) 589-5500 — Opt 1 for more information.

There are several local taxi services, including:

Pets

Sorry, pets are not allowed at The Ridge Resorts. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are permitted. However, we may exclude any animal, including a service animal, if that animal’s behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

Air Conditioning

The Ridge is a natural mountain oasis with clean air and cool nighttime temperatures. Air conditioning is not available. We do provide fans and have swamp coolers available, and our maintenance team can assist you to help maximize your comfort. We recommend keeping curtains closed during hours of direct sunlight, and opening windows at night to allow cooler air to enter.

Additional Guests

If you are expecting guests during your stay, please advise the Security kiosk at extension 6600. Please note the maximum occupancy of your accommodations when booking, as roll-away beds and cribs are not available. The Ridge Resorts does have a limited number of “pack and play” playpens available to guests (check for availability with the Front Desk).

Lost and Found

Please be sure to double check your unit for your belongings before you depart. We make every effort to return items that may have been left behind; however, numerous items go unclaimed each week. For Lost and Found, call Security at extension 6600. The Ridge Resorts are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Smoking

The Nevada Clean Indoor Act (NCIAA) prohibits smoking in all indoor areas except for those units specifically designated as “smoking units.”

Resort Fee

The Ridge Resorts charges a $19 per day Resort Fee for all rental/hotel bookings. This fee includes parking, wireless internet (512Kbps) and access to all on-property activities and services, including skier express, resort shuttles, cooking demonstrations, and guided tours.

Vacation Club Membership

Take time out during your visit and schedule a preview of the Resorts West Vacation Club. Our new points-based vacation club brings higher levels of flexibility to how you vacation. Whether you are already an owner or looking for your first membership here at The Ridge Resorts, the Vacation Club has a program that will work specifically for you. Contact the Concierge to schedule your time.

Owners’ Coffee Hour

Join your Management Team for an informative update about your resort, meet other owners, and enjoy a fun conversation over coffee. Meetings are typically held Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the Castle Rock View Room located upstairs in the Clubhouse, near the Hungry Bear Restaurant.
