Check-in Instructions for Owners and Vacation Club Members
The Ridge Crest has several check-in options available for Timeshare Owners and Vacation Club members.
Check-in anytime using our lock box system
Our check-in lock boxes are located at The Ridge Crest front entrance at 411 Tramway Drive. Just pick up the phone by the entrance, dial 1800 or 0, and you’ll be given an access code to the lock box that contains your Welcome Packet and room keys.
Check-in at The Ridge View Front Desk (311 Tramway Drive)
The Ridge View is on the left at 311 Tramway Drive, before The Ridge Crest building. The Ridge View Front Desk is located on the 3rd floor and is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am until 6:30 pm. The Ridge View is kept secure; pick up the house phone to the left of the door and dial 1800 to alert the Front Desk of your arrival. At this point, you will be “buzzed” in. Open the door and take the elevator to the third floor Front Desk to check-in with one of our friendly agents.
Check-in at The Ridge Tahoe (400 Ridge Club Drive)
Pass The Ridge Crest and The Ridge Pointe and continue down Tramway (turns into Quaking Aspen), pass Heavenly Stagecoach Lodge, and turn right on Ridge Club Drive. The Ridge Tahoe Front Desk is open 7 am – 10 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 7 am – midnight Friday and Saturday. Checking in at The Ridge Tahoe enables you to see the Clubhouse Bistro, Bear Trap Bar and Lounge, Marketplace, Spa and other amenities that are just a quick shuttle bus ride away from The Ridge View.
Once you have checked in, continue to your accommodations at The Ridge Crest, located at 411 Tramway Drive. Street level parking is available.
Check-in time begins at 4 pm on your arrival date. If you arrive early you are welcome to use our pool, fitness room and spa to unwind and relax as your room is made ready for 4 pm check-in. Our lounge opens at 3 pm.
Guests must provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in (all major credit cards are accepted). The minimum age for check-in is 18. Please bring your license plate number to the front desk at check-in so that your car can be registered.
Sorry, pets are not allowed at The Ridge Resorts. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are permitted. However, we may exclude any animal, including a service animal, if that animal’s behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
The Ridge is a natural mountain oasis with clean air and cool nighttime temperatures. Air conditioning is not available. We do provide fans and have swamp coolers available, and our maintenance team can assist you to help maximize your comfort. We recommend keeping curtains closed during hours of direct sunlight, and opening windows at night to allow cooler air to enter.
If you are expecting guests during your stay, please advise the Security kiosk at extension 6600. Please note the maximum occupancy of your accommodations when booking, as roll-away beds and cribs are not available. The Ridge Resorts does have a limited number of “pack and play” playpens available to guests (check for availability with the Front Desk).
The Nevada Clean Indoor Act (NCIAA) prohibits smoking in all indoor areas except for those units specifically designated as “smoking units.”
