Things We’re Thankful for This Year
Another Thanksgiving is upon us and this time of year offers the opportunity for all of us to reflect on what we are grateful for, such as friends, family, and good health. We wanted to take a moment to detail a few of the things that we are grateful for this year. Check them out below!

The great outdoors
Last winter’s record-breaking snowfall gave us months of glorious weather that filled the lake for an unforgettable summer. Not only did the heavy snowfall immensely improve the snowpack, but it also led to gushing waterfalls, lush landscapes and plenty of water to play in!

Even greater food
We’re lucky at the Ridge Tahoe because we have the best head chef in the region, Chef Stephen Moise! Chef Stephen brings his passion and talent to every meal he makes. When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Stephen can be found in the Castle Rock Room for complimentary cooking demonstrations Wednesdays at 3 p.m. We’re also thankful for the variety of food options at the Ridge with the introduction of daily chef specials.

Views for days!
Sunrise or sunset and every time in between offers the most incredible views of Lake Tahoe and the Carson Valley. We love heading to one of our many rooftop hot tubs to soak in the warm water and the great landscapes surrounding the resort. Experiencing a little bit of FOMO? You can see what we see at the Ridge Tahoe any time you’d like on our web cam.

Our resort wouldn’t run without the highly effective, passionate and kind people that make up our staff. From our wedding coordinators to our housekeepers, reservation specialists to front desk personnel, the Ridge Tahoe has the best employees!

Our owners and guests! That’s right – the number one thing we are grateful for this year is YOU! Without our owners and guests, we wouldn’t be able to share unique experiences and the beauty of Lake Tahoe. We appreciate all the support we receive from our valued guests and owners.
