Our Executive Chef, Stephen Moise, applies his passion for regionally sourced, healthy cuisine to create thoughtful, delicious menus for our guests and catering events. His wealth of experience as an executive chef, corporate chef and teaching chef for clients such as Tavern On The Green, Tommy Hilfiger and Marriott provides an invaluable resource for your dining and catering needs.

“Food is my connection with people, my signature, a part of who I am.  It comes from love, hard work and sacrifice.  This is what I observed as a little boy, this is what I am as a man.  My family taught me this and I in return give this to my family.  Food brings people together, the meal nurtures and refreshes.  Meal time gives my family as well as my guests a space to share about what’s going on in their life and connect.”
