Spa Reservations
Spa services are on an appointment only basis. To ensure availability, please make reservations for spa services in advance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. When you make an appointment, the time is reserved for you. Please remember that if you arrive late, it will cut into your reserved time. *All prices subject to change without notice
Spa Attire
The Ridge Tahoe Spa will provide you with a robe and sandals for your comfort. A secured locker will be available for your personal belongings. The Ridge Tahoe Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Illness
If you are feeling ill, please refrain from using the spa facilities so that we can protect the health of our therapists and other guests.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available to create your own personal spa experience.
Age Requirements
Teenagers (13 years and up) are welcome to experience our teen facial and foot massage. All other spa service are available to clients 18 years and up.
Cancellation Policy
We require that all cancellations and/or rescheduling be called into The Spa Desk three hours prior to your appointment time. If your appointment is scheduled for before 10:00 in the morning you must contact The Spa Desk the prior night to avoid the cancellation fee. All cancellations without the required notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of your service. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to parties of seven or more people. Thank You.
