Why the name the Tower?  Because this 11 story complex literally "towers" over the property! Boasting views of the valley which lay some 2,100 feet below, these units provide the true beauty of the Sierras while ensuring our owner(s) state of the art living.

These two bedroom units also provide you with the maximum amount of flexibility. Each unit comes with the enhancement of the lock-off retreat unit.  This allows you to double your vacation time by splitting your unit in half.  Located directly across from the Club House owners enjoy great convenience to the dining room, store, deli and Ridge Club Spa! 

We provide excellent financing for each of our ownership products. Our financing programs make owning a slice of Lake Tahoe extremely affordable!

Ridge Tower Features:

    • One bedroom suites, Two bedroom suites, Retreats and Studios.
    • One and Two bedroom suites include King beds, and Queen size sofa sleepers. Retreats include a Queen size bed.
    • All rooms include own bath, remote controlled television and stereo.
    • Suites include gourmet kitchen with conventional and microwave oven, electric grill and range cooktop. Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and appliances.
    • Rooms also include fireplace and entertainment center with stereo, color televison and wet bar.
    • Studios include stove, small refrigerator, small kitchen sink and microwave.
    • Laundry area adjacent to kitchen with washer/dryer unit and ironing facilities.
    • Private view patio.
    • Enclosed underground parking and direct access elevator.
