Owners in the Terrace enjoy the flexibility of the lock-off split unit feature, the great purchase value, in-door parking and its great location next to the  Ridge Resort Center.  The center holds our own on-site movie theater and kids play areas.  Also within just a few short steps is one of the most beautiful pools on earth, the knoll pool.  The views from this location are so amazing we had to provide a telescope for our guests so they could see even more! 

All Terrace units will receive new renovation in 2007 with completion by the start of Summer! There is nothing like new!

We provide excellent financing for each of our ownership products. Our financing programs make owning a slice of Lake Tahoe extremely affordable!

Ridge Terrace Features:

    • One bedroom suites, Two bedroom suites, and Retreats.
    • One and Two bedroom suites include King beds, and Queen size sofa sleepers. Retreats include a King size bed.

    • Suites include gourmet kitchen with conventional and microwave oven, electric grill and range cooktop. Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and appliances.
    • All rooms also include fireplace and entertainment center with stereo, color televison and wet bar.
    • Enclosed underground parking and direct access elevator.
    • State of the art safety equipment, including sprinkler and alarm systems.

    • Complimentary common area laundry facility located on the 3rd level.
