During one of your visits to Tahoe a trip to one of Tahoe’s beaches is a great thing to do. Tahoe beaches are amazing….white sand, crystal clear water and incredible scenery (the necessary ingredients for a great beach). Here is some information on just a few of our local beaches:
Sand Harbor – located in Incline Village on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe
This is an amazing beach offering some breath taking scenery and well worth the trip. Tip: this beach gets busy fast so make sure you arrive early (before 10am) to grab a spot. This beach has restrooms, day use barbecues and there is a parking fee.
Zephyr Cove – Located in Zephyr Cove just a few miles north of Stateline, this beach offers lots of activities like, water craft rental, volleyball, day use picnic areas, barbecues, fire pits, and a Sunset Bar & Grille to name just a few. This is also home of the MS Dixie Paddle Wheel Boat. There is a parking fee.
Nevada Beach – Located just a few miles north of Stateline in Zephyr Cove this beach offers a long wide expanse of white sandy beach and there are day use picnic tables. There is a parking fee.
Round Hill Pines Beach & Marina – Located 2 miles north of Stateline this beach offers, 1/4 mile of white sandy beach, water craft rentals, Para-Sailing, Yacht & Kayak rentals, Tennis Court, a Bar & Grille and much more. There is a parking fee.
