Snow, snow and more snow continues to pile high in the Sierra, making The Ridge Tahoe an ideal place for ski vacations, holidays and extended weekends.
Heavenly Mountain Resort already has a good base and it won’t be long before Ridge guests will be able to be whisked along the new Skier Express, a self-operated, gondola-type car, that transports skiers from the Resort to Heavenly’s Stagecoach Chairlift. The eight-passenger funicular sits on a track and with the swipe of a room key, will move passengers down the slope in minutes. The Ridge offers on-site ski rentals and tune-ups, apparel, gear and Heavenly lift tickets.
The Ridge Tahoe partners with Tahoe’s top ski resorts to provide an ideal winter vacation.
The Ridge offers three ski Getaway lodging packages with stays in a deluxe hotel room, one or two bedroom condominiums. The packages include two $10 breakfast vouchers good toward a hotel breakfast at The Ridge Club Deli and two interchangeable lift tickets valid at Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Kirkwood Mountain Resort, Squaw Valley and Northstar.
Guests can explore South Lake Tahoe before or after skiing thanks to the complimentary Ridge Shuttle and BluGo bus that stops regularly at the slopes, casinos or nearby marinas.
If you didn’t get enough exercise on the mountain check out the 45,000 square-foot clubhouse with an indoor sports complex, full spa, heated swimming pool, hot tubs, indoor tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, athletic instructors, complimentary laundry facilities and full-service lounge.
