The Ridge Club Deli offers a casual menu with waffles and bacon, homemade soups, made-to-order sandwiches, and fresh salads to enjoy onsite or back at your room.
Breakfast features a menu including fresh fruit smoothies with vanilla yogurt; a sunrise sandwich with two fresh eggs, cheddar cheese and your choice of bacon or ham on a toasted English muffin or croissant; and the Bistro Breakfast featuring two fresh eggs, toast and bacon or ham. Or you can go big with the delicious breakfast burrito served with two fresh eggs, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon or ham with salsa and sour cream. The Ridge Club Deli brews Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks.
Lunch and dinner features a soup of the day (chef’s choice) or try a hot chili bowl. Salads include mixed green, chicken Caesar or Cobb, and sandwiches that range from a Philly cheese steak, cranberry turkey, the Ridge Club or a tuna croissant. If you’re looking for something heartier, try The Ridge Burger, a 1/3 pound angus beef patty served with lettuce, tomato and onion or go meatless with the Portobello panini, a balsamic Portobello mushroom, caramelized onion and peppers with mozzarella cheese grilled on artisan bread. All sandwiches are served with choice of garden salad or chips.
The Ridge Club Deli is open Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
