The stockings are hung by the chimney with care in hopes that St. Nick might soon be there. We’re in the Christmas spirit at The Ridge Tahoe. Our decorations are out and our Christmas dinner is planned.
Spend the day on the slopes or exploring Tahoe South and finish with a homemade holiday dinner where you don’t even have to lift a finger.
Here’s what we’re serving that is sure to get you drooling.
Our Christmas dinner is Friday, Dec. 25 from 3 – 7 p.m.
Start with our first course of crab salad profiterole with micro greens and a pomegranate vinaigrette.
Our second course is your choice of honey maple glazed roast turkey with cornbread sausage stuffing, mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts and a citrus cranberry relish; pan roasted Chilean sea bass with tarragon parsnip puree, sauteed wild mushrooms and artichoke hearts, and charred tomato fennel fondant; or slow roasted prime rib with a twice baked potato, asparagus and cauliflower with au jus and creamy horseradish.
Don’t forget about dessert! Give in to your sweet tooth with our yuletide log served with eggnog pastry cream and peppermint bark.
