The Loft Theatre & Lounge hosts Magic Fusion, a family friendly magic and comedy show. Both adults and children are welcome to the daily show at 7:30 p.m. with additional shows Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Located in Heavenly Village, enjoy the entertaining production alongside dinner for a great night out. Sundays have a “Kids Free” matinee where children attend the show for free with the purchase of an adult ticket.
Heavenly Village also hosts Summer Concerts on Fridays and Saturdays 5 – 9 p.m.
Another opportunity for live music is the Harveys Outdoor Concert Series. The big-name artists this August are Lionel Richie, Aug. 13; Steve Miller Band, Aug. 18; Sammy Hagar & The Circle, Aug. 26; and 20th Anniversary Lake Tahoe Summit Feat. The Killers, Aug. 31.
The Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival returns for the fourth year in a row on Aug. 20. Celebrate good vibes with a day full of music and entertainment at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The Artists in Residence at Valhalla Tahoe celebrates arts, music and theatre in a vibrant festival, Aug. 12-28. The event is free and open to the public 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily with an opportunity to watch the artists at work, as well as view and purchase original pieces.
The Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association (TAMBA) hosts the 4th Annual Meyers Mountain Bike Festival, Aug. 13-14. The festival features bike rides, demonstrations, live music BBQ, beer garden, a variety of vendors and a KidZone.

Hot Tahoe Cruisin’ South Shore Car Show is hosted by Heavenly Village, Aug. 1-7. Check out collectable cars and motorcycles on display. There will also be live music, a poker run and sidewalk sales at select Heavenly Village shops.

Explore the Ski Run Farmer’s Market for locally sourced produce, handmade crafts and live music every Friday, 3 – 8 p.m.
